車輛外覆蓋件沖壓橘皮的成因分析與工藝優化

摘要: 針對DC04 冷軋板試沖壓一款商用車頂蓋表面出現橘皮缺陷問題, 對產生沖壓橘皮的原因進行了理論分析, 并進行現
場處理和工藝優化。經過對該零部件的生產工藝過程參數進行了調整優化, 消除了板面橘皮現象, 達到用戶外觀質量驗收標準。
