變速器高速嘯叫問題的分析與改進

摘要: 變速器作為汽車的核心零部件, 對變速器的研究直接影響到整車的NVH 水平, 在整車開發過程中變速器NVH 性能為
整車性能的一個重要指標。對變速器傳遞路徑的機制進行了分析, 并制定了變速器殼體增加加強筋和優化變速器齒形參數的方案。
經過仿真分析、主觀駕評、客觀測試均證明車內階次噪聲改善明顯, 該方法能夠有效解決變速箱嘯叫問題。
