轎車后排路噪問題分析與改進

摘要: 為了解決勻速后排路噪超標問題, 對底盤懸架車身接附點振動進行了調查, 測試結果表明后減振器與車身接附點z 向
對應后排路噪峰值頻率處振動偏大。為了有針對性地優化減振器阻尼力降低減振器上安裝點對車身的振動激勵, 自主設計了后減
振器工作速度測試方法。利用測試數據提取得到的減振器速度特性曲線, 優化該工作速率段減振器阻尼力并進行了實車驗證。結
果表明: 優化措施改善了該工況路噪水平, 達到了目標要求。

Rear Seat Road Noise Analysis and Improvement of a Sedan

noise at constant speed during a sedan development effort by an independent brand. The result implies that the vibration of “z” direction of
rear absorber attachment to body is more excessive than others. Rear absorber working speed measurement method was invented independently
to improve damping ratio precisely according to the speed. Under the help of this method, the damping ratio was improved and the result was
verified. The results show that the optimization measures improve the rear seat road noise level and meet the target requirements.
