基于多軸載荷的汽車控制臂疲勞載荷塊編制

摘要: 目前大多數控制臂臺架疲勞載荷為單向加載的塊譜, 忽略了載荷的多軸性。依據已測得的控制臂試驗場道路載荷譜,
通過多軸雨流投影方法分析了其載荷的多軸性, 并以多軸雨流投影結果一致為目標, 通過迭代方法求解獲得其考慮載荷多軸性的
載荷塊譜。再通過疲勞計算方法對比了單軸與多軸載荷塊在壽命預測的差異性, 并與控制臂應變采集測試點的疲勞損傷對比, 發
現考慮多軸的載荷塊具有更高的預測精度。載荷多軸性的載荷塊編制方法可為汽車其他零件臺架疲勞載荷塊編制提供參考。

Arm Fatigue Test Based on Multiaxial Load

arm, the multiaxial load characteristics was analyzed by the method of multiaxial rain-flow projection. In order to obtain consistent results of
multiaxial rain-flow projection, the block cycle load with the same multiaxial characteristics was obtained by iterative solution method. Then
the uniaxial and multiaxial block cycle load for fatigue bench test were compiled by fatigue calculation. Compared with the fatigue damage at
the test point, it is found that the multiaxial block cycle load with consideration of multi-axes has higher prediction accuracy. The compilation
method of block cycle load considering the multi-axes can provide reference for the fatigue block-spectrum of other automobile parts.
