鋁制車身仿真方法研究及試驗對標分析

摘要: 基于某MPV 車型進行鋁制車身碰撞安全仿真方法的研究, 應用內聚力材料模型模擬膠粘連接和應用Constrained_SPR2
模型模擬自穿刺鉚釘, 并與正面碰撞試驗結果進行對標, 從車身關鍵零部件變形模式、B 柱下部加速度曲線和其他試驗數據等方
面進行了對比分析。結果表明: 正面碰撞仿真結果與試驗高度吻合, 內聚力材料模型和Constrained_SPR2 模型能分別有效模擬膠
粘和鉚接連接區域實際碰撞情況。

Research on Simulation Method of Aluminum Body and Benchmark Analysis

material model and the Constrained_SPR2 were used to simulate the adhesive and the self-piercing rivet respectively, and benchmarked with the
frontal impact test results. A comparative analysis was made from the deformation mode of key body parts, the acceleration curve of the bottom of
B-pillar and other test data. The results show that the simulation results are highly consistent with frontal impact test results, and the cohesive
material model and the Constrained_SPR2 can accurately and effectively simulate the actual situation of adhesive and riveting respectively.
